SAP America conducted a hackathon on April 28, 2023, titled “Hack2Build: Build Sustainability Solution Using SAP Business Technology Platform”. MOURI Tech team distinguished itself by securing the prestigious position of First Runner-Up.

The SAP CoE team of MOURI Tech crafted ‘mMaintain2Sustain,’ leveraging SAP BTP and IoT technology for real-time predictive maintenance insights, surpassing traditional scheduled checks and manual inspections. Our technology uses SAP AI Core to do predictive analysis from the collected data from each machine and helps plant administrators by issuing alerts, notifications to avoid equipment failures and delays in maintenance schedules, and reduces downtimes to help the equipment run efficiently.
Proactively monitoring machinery performance through IoT sensors allows for early detection of potential issues. This predictive approach enhances equipment longevity.
Insights derived from IoT devices enable fine-tuning of operational parameters, such as adjusting water flow or energy usage based on actual demand.
