Jitender Lalwani joined the SAP Advisory Board at MOURI Tech in October 2025. He currently serves as the Director (IT) – GSS and Central Finance at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc., where he leads global IT and finance transformation initiatives across shared services. With over two decades of experience in SAP, enterprise finance, and digital transformation, Jitender is a results-driven leader known for aligning technology strategy with business excellence and driving continuous improvement across global operations. He has successfully led large-scale SAP implementations, finance modernization programs, and system consolidations across manufacturing and enterprise environments.
His expertise spans SAP S/4HANA, Central Finance, and Global Shared Services, combining deep functional and technical knowledge with a focus on innovation, integration, and automation. Before joining Stanley Black & Decker, Jitender held leadership roles at Infosys, HCLTech, and YASH Technologies, where he delivered complex SAP transformation programs for Fortune 500 clients. His strategic approach and cross-industry experience have enabled organizations to achieve financial transparency, operational efficiency, and scalable digital growth.

Dr. Mark A. Stone joined MOURI Tech’s Advisory Board in July 2025. He holds a degree in Accounting from Baylor University, a master’s from Westminster Theological Seminary, and a Doctorate in Ethics from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Kansas City, Missouri. Currently serving as the State Chief Information Officer (SCIO) at the Texas A&M University System, Dr. Stone is a transformational leader whose work spans government, higher education, and corporate sectors. He is widely recognized for his ability to turn complexity into clarity and drive operational excellence through strategic IT leadership, cybersecurity innovation, and ethical governance. With nearly two decades of experience, Dr. Stone has led enterprise-wide initiatives that include ERP implementations, data center migrations, and business continuity planning. His expertise encompasses cybersecurity, strategic and financial planning, higher education IT, supply chain optimization, mergers and acquisitions, and enterprise systems. He also contributes to national thought leadership through his roles on the Artificial Intelligence Advisory Council and the Information Technology Council of Higher Education. Dr. Stone’s guidance is a strategic asset to MOURI Tech, helping shape its vision for innovation, resilience, and long-term growth.
