Associated with MOURI Tech since July 2025, Debra brings four decades of experience guiding companies through their growth journeys—from early-stage startups to rapid expansion and market leadership. She has in-depth knowledge of the challenges faced by high-growth companies, having supported organizations ranging from startups to global Fortune 500 enterprises. With boardroom experience in both public and private companies, Debra has served as Chair of the Audit Committee and Chair of the Compensation Committee for NASDAQ-listed companies. She has been a member of the Board of Directors for Vari/VARIDESK, AT-Risk International, Canoo, Inc., and CSW Industrials, Inc. She also chairs the Women’s President Organization Zenith Chapter, comprising 21 dynamic CEOs from five countries. Debra serves on the Board of Directors for the North Texas Chapter of NACD and the United Way of Metropolitan Dallas Foundation. During her 38-year career at EY, she proudly served as the Americas Director for the EY Entrepreneur Of The Year™ program. She is a spontaneous speaker, frequently sharing her insights on topics such as entrepreneurship, capital markets, and board governance. Debra is a graduate of the University of North Texas and a Certified Public Accountant. She completed the Executive Program at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and the Strategic Leadership Program at Harvard Business School through EY. Debra is NACD Directorship Certified and qualified to serve as a Financial Expert under SEC and NYSE/NASDAQ listing rules.
Dr. Mark A. Stone joined MOURI Tech’s Advisory Board in July 2025. He holds a degree in Accounting from Baylor University, a master’s from Westminster Theological Seminary, and a Doctorate in Ethics from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Kansas City, Missouri. Currently serving as the State Chief Information Officer (SCIO) at the Texas A&M University System, Dr. Stone is a transformational leader whose work spans government, higher education, and corporate sectors. He is widely recognized for his ability to turn complexity into clarity and drive operational excellence through strategic IT leadership, cybersecurity innovation, and ethical governance. With nearly two decades of experience, Dr. Stone has led enterprise-wide initiatives that include ERP implementations, data center migrations, and business continuity planning. His expertise encompasses cybersecurity, strategic and financial planning, higher education IT, supply chain optimization, mergers and acquisitions, and enterprise systems. He also contributes to national thought leadership through his roles on the Artificial Intelligence Advisory Council and the Information Technology Council of Higher Education. Dr. Stone’s guidance is a strategic asset to MOURI Tech, helping shape its vision for innovation, resilience, and long-term growth.
